Paramount Concierge

Universal Realty Group is a Halifax-based property management company known for setting the standards of excellence in residential accommodation and commercial leasing. We are currently seeking a qualified, Concierge for one of our luxury apartment complexes, The Paramount, located in downtown Halifax, NS.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting residents & their guests, screening persons entering the building
  • Answering the telephone
  • Dispensing mail, deliveries & packages and taking rental payments
  • Logging maintenance requests
  • Recording incidents that occur & responding to requests
  • Parking control

Your qualifications include:

  • Strong Computer Experience on MS Office an absolute must (esp. Excel)
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills / Outgoing Personality / Enjoy interacting with people.
  • Self-Motivated / Work Independently /  Organized – Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Neat and clean appearance – Must wear standard uniform while on duty
