Residential Property Administrator

Universal Realty Group is a Halifax-based property management company known for setting the standards of excellence in residential accommodation, development and commercial leasing. We are currently seeking a qualified, Residential Property Administrator for our head office.

 Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional service and prompt response to tenant enquiries
  • Lease administration
  • Preparation of purchase orders
  • Preparing monthly reports from financial statements
  • Receiving and distributing incoming correspondence
  • Daily communication with building managers
  • Preparation of forms and notices
  • Preparation of weekly reports
  • Receiving incoming receivables and ensuring proper transfer
  • Other administrative tasks as required
