Residential Property Administrator

Universal Realty Group is a Halifax-based property management company known for setting the standards of excellence in residential accommodation, development and commercial leasing. We are currently seeking a qualified, Residential Property Administrator for our head office.

 Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lease administration
  • Preparation of purchase orders
  • Daily interaction with building staff
  • Preparation of letters and reports
  • Other administrative tasks as required

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • 3-5 years’ administrative experience in an office setting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize to meet deadlines, attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Experience with Yardi property management software an asset
