We are currently seeking a qualified  Residential Concierge  for one of our luxury apartment complexes, The Paramount, located in downtown Halifax.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greeting residents and their guests, screening persons entering the building
• Answering the telephone
• Dispensing mail, deliveries & packages and taking rental payments
• Logging maintenance requests
• Recording incidents that occur & responding to requests
• Parking control
• Monitor security camera and surveillance

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong computer skills (Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Outgoing personality
• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Self-motivated
• Organized - ability to handle multiple tasks
• Experience with security cameras an asset
