Job description:

** $500 SIGNING BONUS **

Universal Realty Group  is a Halifax-based property management company known for setting the standards of excellence in residential accommodation and commercial leasing. We are currently seeking a Cleaner for our downtown Halifax location.

In this role you will be part of a team who will work together to ensure that the property is well maintained and kept to a high level of cleanliness. This is a critical role in the operation of the property.

Hours of work can vary.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the cleanliness of designated facility areas (e.g. dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning)
• Complete special cleaning projects upon request

Your qualifications:

• Previous experience as a cleaner considered an asset
• Knowlege of cleaning products and equipment considered an asset
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a changing enviroment

Ability to commute/reloate:

• Halifax, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
• Janitorial: 1 year (preferred)
