Residential Maintenance

Maintenance Superintendent for residential properties.

Oversees the maintenance and repair operations of a residential property. They handle routine maintenance tasks, conduct property inspections, and respond to tenant requests. They handle emergencies and perform administrative tasks. They role is essential in maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment for tenants.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently provide service excellence and resident support.
• Performing maintenance and repairs to building, common area and vacant/tenant units.
• Cleanliness of facility and grounds.
• Maintenance and repairs of units.
• Prepare, show and lease Units.
• Collect rent receivables.
• On-call every 2 nd weekend, select week-nights.
• Other building duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Cleaning or property management experience.
• Computer skills (Microsoft Suite and Yardi).
• Strong maintenance skills (plumbing, painting, cleaning).
• Ability to adapt to change in rapidly growing company.
