Job description:
Live-In Building Manager

Responsibilities will include:

  • Service excellence & resident support
  • Supervising cleaners and ensuring cleanliness of facility & grounds
  • Supervising maintenance staff & repairs of units
  • Prepare, show & lease units
  • Collect rent
  • On-call every 2nd weekend, select weeknights
  • Other duties when required

Qualifications:

  • Preference for those with 1 Year’s Previous
  • Residential property management experience
  • Comfortable with managing a team and projects
  • Adaptable, friendly, and a team player is essential
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Suite/Yardi/email)
  • Maintenance skills (basic repairs, painting, and cleaning)
  • Ability to adapt to change in rapidly growing company
