Live-In Maintenance Superintendent

Responsibilities:

• Provide Excellence in Service & Resident Support
• Maintain cleanliness of Facility & Grounds
• Maintenance & Repairs of Units
• Prepare, Show & Lease Units
• Collect Rent
• On-call every 2nd Weekend, Select Weeknights
• Other Duties when Required

Qualifications:

• Preference for those with 1 Year’s Previous Experience in similar role
• Cleaning or Property Management Experience considered asset
• Computer Skills (Microsoft Suite/Yardi/Email)
• Strong Maintenance Skills (Plumbing, Painting, Cleaning)
• Ability to adapt to change in rapidly growing company

Experience:

• Facilities Maintenance Manager: 1 year (preferred)

• 8-hour shift
