Mall Administrator

is a Halifax-based property management company known for setting the standards of excellence in residential accommodation and commercial leasing. We are currently seeking a qualified, Mall Administrator for the Park Lane Mall, located in downtown Halifax, NS.
Responsibilities will include:
- Greeting residents & their guests, screening persons entering the building
- Answering the telephone
- Dispensing mail, deliveries & packages and taking rental payments
- Logging maintenance requests
- Recording incidents that occur & responding to requests
- Inventory and creating purchase order.
- Other admin duties
Qualifications include:
- At least 2 years in a fast-paced office environment with tight deadline.
- Experience with purchase orders considered and asset
- Experience with Yardi considered an asset

Experience in commercial or residential administration or coordination considered an asset

Will be required to answer general inquiries from patrons in the mall such as (washroom locations, store location etc.)
- Process payments on the POS and receive checks
- Well versed in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
- Neat and clean appearance - Must wear standard uniform while on duty

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
